Listing experiences on Spotlight is completely free.

Create an account on the Partner Portal, complete your business profile, upload your offerings, and submit for review. Once approved, your listings go live instantly.

All availability, pricing, capacity limits, and promotions are managed directly inside your Partner Dashboard, giving you full control in real time.

Payouts are processed directly to your registered bank account on a scheduled cycle. You can view all earnings, commissions, and transaction history inside your dashboard.

Yes. Spotlight applies a percentage based commission on successful bookings only. There are no listing fees and no hidden costs. To view the detailed, category-wise commission structure, please click here.

Yes. Spotlight offers a freemium analytics model. You get access to essential data points such as orders, basic customer details, and month-on-month (MoM) and year-on-year (YoY) growth metrics at no cost. Advanced AI-powered insights and deeper analytics are available through our premium plan at ₹499/month.

To complete verification, you will need to provide your PAN card. If you are listing a dining business, an FSSAI license is mandatory. A GST number is optional but strongly recommended.

The approval process can take anywhere between 24-48 hours.

You can add team members from your Partner Portal by navigating to Settings → Team Members → Add Member, and entering their email address.

You can update your listing details at any time from your Partner Portal. However, legal information such as documents and bank account details cannot be edited directly. To request changes to these fields, please contact us at contact@spotlightapp.in.

Yes. To ensure quality and consistency across the platform, all partners are required to follow Spotlight's content guidelines. Please log in to your partner portal to review the complete set of content standards and policies.

No. Each partner account is limited to a single experience category. For example, if you select Events, you can list multiple events under that account, but to manage Dining or any other category, you will need to create a separate partner account.

You can continue to serve walk-in customers as usual. For every booking made through the Spotlight mobile app, you will receive real-time notifications on your partner portal as well as via email, allowing you to seamlessly manage Spotlight bookings alongside in-store walk-ins.

Spotlight showcases your business across the app and at times, through its official social media channels. Through curated collections and prominent in-app discovery placements, we help your brand reach customers who are already searching for experiences like yours.

Refunds are processed in line with Spotlight's refund policy and your cancellation terms. When a customer requests a refund, the request is reviewed and once approved, the amount is credited back to the customer's original payment method. You will be notified of any refund requests or approvals through the partner portal and email.

Once pricing is set for a listing, it cannot be updated. This policy is in place to protect customers and ensure complete transparency across the platform.

All applicable taxes such as GST are levied as per government regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your tax details are accurate and that you comply with local tax laws on the earnings you receive through Spotlight.
